Large shopping malls located in the transportation hub has too many passengers. The consequences of fire in large shopping malls are very painful. Large shopping malls should pay attention to fire. But in recent years, there are some large shopping malls fire. In order to reduce the loss caused by the fire in the market, how to quickly and safely evacuate the crowd in the mall fire has become a very important issue. In this thesis, a simulation experiment was carried out to simulate the evacuation of passengers at the mall in the city’s important traffic hub. This experiment includes personnel’s escape time calculation and simulation, the analysis of the bottleneck of the mall evacuation, the analysis of the evacuation situation of each layer of the mall, analysis of the influence of shopping mall stairs and exit dimensions and distribution on evacuation. The research contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all, this thesis sums up the model of fire evacuation in large shopping malls, and summarizes the classic formula of evacuation. This thesis introduces the factors that affect the evacuation of fire, and analyzes the influence of psychological factors on evacuation. Secondly, this thesis uses the Pyro Sim software to build a large shopping mall model, and use Pathfinder software to build a fire evacuation simulation environment. According to the results of calculation and statistics, this thesis sets up the distribution of the population and individual parameters of each layer of the peak passenger flow in the shopping mall. Finally, this thesis simulates the safety evacuation simulation results of the large scale fire evacuation, and analyzes the simulation results. In this thesis, the Pathfinder software is used to simulate the built model. In this thesis, the S shopping mall passenger flow peak evacuation simulation results were analyzed, and detailed analysis of each layer of personnel to escape the situation. In this thesis, the bottleneck of evacuation of fire evacuation is obtained. In this thesis, the simulation results of the safety evacuation of the large scale shopping mall in the peak passenger flow are summarized. This thesis puts forward some suggestions on the safety evacuation in the market.
