In order to utilize energy sources efficiently and reasonably, the thermal power system of power plant is developing towards the trend of complication, greatness, diversification. Boiler of power plant is a complicated and voluminous system. With the development of impersonal need and extensive research, the capability and parameters of boiler is developing towards the trend of greatness and the boiler in structure is developing towards the trend of complication. In order to ensure that the unit run safely and steadily and economically, it is important to study dynamic characteristic of unit. Especially, the study of boiler is a hotspot discussion in recent years. Traditional methods for researching dynamic of boiler are facing new challenge for their failure to meet higher request. With the rapid development science and technology, it is possible to make a simulated analysis and optimized design by the means of computer. On the basis of extensive comprehend on the modeling and simulation of the thermal power system in power station abroad and domestic, this dissertation makes a deep research and study on modular modeling system (MMS). Using the real time capable modular and non real time capable modular of MMS, the dynamic model of sub-critical boiler for 330 MW units is established. Comparing the real time capable model and non real time capable model of boiler, beneficial conclusion is educed. The experimental results show that, the real time capable model and non real time capable model accord with dynamic characteristic of boiler. Simulate computational time of real time capable model is far than simulate computational time of non real time capable model. Real time capable modular used for real time capable model can use for simulate train of power plant. At the same time, this dissertation compares algorithm of real time capable model with algorithm of non real time capable model. Researching the real time capable model of boiler for the real time capable modular using in training of whole unit is discussed. It has specific significance and application value for establishing whole unit training based on MMS.
