| Innovation and rapid manufacturing and design technology is an important technique for an enterprise to gain marketplace and benefit and strive for existence and development. And an important way to make it is to put unified manager into every product link by computer integrated technology. That is unified to deal with every kind of data to make no matter which produce link can transfer all data. Data structure design is a key to integration of CAD/CAM/CAE. Whether data structure success can directly influent the character of integration system.In this topic, development present situation, influence factor, using way and development trend during CAD/CAE integration technique is chiefly introduced. Pre-processor provides direct link between the design in the CAD system Pro/Engineer and the simulation in the FEM system ANSYS. We select data files to transmit data and analyze SCS serial electronic truck weighingapparatus to prove feasibility and credibility, fit curves which is fitted by MATLAB depends on experimental data.To set up 3D solid model and FEA pre-processing is performed in the CAD system Pro/E which has build-in meshing function. We choose *. ans files to transmit data. The file is used to save model real message by nodes' and elements' special property and an analysis can be perform. Then we select proper solver to calculate as well as to get results. After this analysis, the re-action forces and deformation can be applied automatically to this model. If we find results is unreasonable, we can return to Pro/Engineer to modify model after judging fail reason. In this way, we can shorten design time, reduce production costs and improve design efficiency. And preferable economic benefit would appear.Base on experimental data, we fit curves by MATLAB to prove reliability. We create simulated solid model as SCS type truck weighing apparatus. After initial calculation and investigate sampling, an improved structure can be formed which is based on reality. Based on repeated calculation, we analyze and compare about the results to get a more satisfactory one. Weight reduces by 10%. The whole process reflects that efficiency increases and production costs reduces. And rapid design can be achieved. |
