At the present time, vibrating screens used in domestic or foreign enterprises have intensive resonance vibration generally, whose parts are also damaged severely. Being started and closed, large-sized vibrating screens have intensive resonance vibration. Large-scale development of vibrating screens has become a tendency. Lots of specialists and scholars from domestic or foreign countries are researching the problem. Faced with the problem of single-axis vibrating screen, we begin to study in this topic, try to settle resonance vibration, heavy-load starting and non-tunable vibrating parameters of single-axis vibrating screen.This paper introduces the present state and perspectives of vibrating screens, analyses characteristic of hydraulic vibration, analyses the principle of work and dynamics character ofsingle-axis vibrating screens, study on the cause and harmfulness of resonance vibration, introduce to solve the problem through hydraulic vibration. We use simulink software package to simulate in the computer, theoretical explain resonance vibration. We make the vibrating screen pass through resonance vibration through hydraulic soft-brake, try to realize the aim of smooth stop.We design and produce hydraulic vibrating system with motor controlled by pump, link hydraulic motor to eccentric wheel through tyre clutch, try to drive the motion of vibrating screen. This system has many characters, such as tunable vibrating parameters, fast start and stop, heavy-load starting, small noise etc.Using 4 steps Runge-Kutta method and Matlab software, hydraulic single shaft vibrating screen's braking character has been emulating in computer, in order to guide industrial test. At the same time, the relation between the pressure of motor and the time of stop has been analysed, get important conclusion.We complete industrial test of hydraulic single-axis vibrating screen, gain good effect, also analyse test numericaldata. The success of this technology, solve a problem of coal produce, has extensive application prospect.
