Vibrating Screen is one of the key devices of Sieving machines and widely used in industrial enterprises such as metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, etc. So the yield and quality of subsequent processing mainly depend on the vibration screen. Therefore it is quite significant and practical valuable to study the vibration screen.The development of Vibrating Screen's technology and the application at home and broad are introduced in the dissertation. The paper researches the resonance phenomenon, dynamics characteristics of the vibration screen combined with characteristics of the 2YAC2460 vibrating screen. It is not only for improving the design,improvement maintenance but also providing the direction of the optimization design of the vibrating screen .This study is mainly for the following aspects of work:1) On basis of full knowing about the vibration screen and working principle, established the Mechanical model through doing proper Simplification of the vibration system, and then discussed amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics.2) Based on the three-dimensional entity modeling software of solidworks, established the 3d virtual prototyping model of 2YAC2460; got dynamics rules,the relevant characteristics through the dynamics simulation on the vibrating screen with its plug COSMOS-Motion.3) According to the mechanics model, established the Mathematical model with simulink of matlab,analyzed the resonance phenomenon of the vibration screen through the kinematics simulation curve which is got by the dynamic simulation when the vibration screen is under the normal working condition and resonance.
