| Road, one of the basic traffic facilities, directly concerns the development of national economics. Since the Reforming and Opening-up, the rapid development of road construction of our country has made the management level of the road unable to meet the need of development of the road, in order to improve the quality of engineering management and ensure it to develop in scientific, modern, enterprising directions, it has become an important development direction to use computer technology, GIS and advanced management technology in the field of modern highway construction management. So it is necessary to make full use of computer to manage and control lots of information in the highway management.In this thesis, on the base of summarizing the research and application actuality of highway engineering management software in our country and abroad, combined with engineering practice and the development of computer technology, the author proposed to integrate highway the GIS technology and the highway management technology, applied COM and the related technology(ActiveX technology) into software development, established a set of application system highway construction project visual management platform editor system which is base on COM and is three tiers. The thesis expatiated system analysis, system design, establishment of the architecture, database design, design of all modules, development of business tier COM and user tier COM; studied thoroughly the kernel technology of achievement in this system(such as MapX secondary development thchnology etc.), presented corresponding project; and the architecture and positon of the system in Highway Project Visual Management System is discussed in the paper; At last, the author introduced the implement, testing and an application case of the system, summed up the research results of this dissertation and brought forth some research questions."Highway Construction Project Visual Management Platform System" provides a new, scientific and accurate, rapidly and efficiently management tool to process and manage data, and offers engineers a technique to substitute traditional work mode. |
