| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the scale of construction is gradually growing, and expanding the construction industry has become a mainstay industry of the national economy. It has played an important role to promote the urban and rural production and construction, expand employment and promote the economic and social development. However, the construction quality accidents and construction accidents occurre now and again, which causaes a lot of casualties and huge economic losses. Therefore, how to prevent the construction workers from human error, reduce the occurrence of human factor events is an important issues worthy of further study and discussing. So far, the construction industry has little study on human error analysis and reliability, and lacks systematic human error analysis framework, assessment method for human quantitative risk, specific control and prevention countermeasures. Therefore, in order to overcome the above drawbacks related above, identify the mechanism and rules of construction workers error, and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of human factor events from the source and carry out the quantitative evaluation of the risk of human factors. Firstly, human error analysis model is established from the organizational perspective, including human error modes and influencing factors, the system analysis of influencing factors are carried out from organizational factors, situational factors and individual factors. Then, the main human error modes and influencing factors of construction workers are identified by using the survey method, on the basis of above analysis, the specific preventive measures of human errors are proposed. Finally, in order to consider the interaction relationships among performance shaping factors(PSFs), the quantitative evaluation model of construction personnel is built by Bayesian network, pointing a detailed analysis of application examples, which also provides a method guidance on the quantative assessment of human factors risk to critically control the high risk of human error. The study has a great significance of preventing and avoiding the re-occurrence of construction workers error, strengthening the management of human factors risk and safety, ensuring the smooth construction, and promoting social and economic development. |
