Human reliability analysis and technologies concerned are studied in this thesis, including ergonomics, human error analysis, human reliability analyzing and human reliability evaluation. The collection and analysis of human reliability data are discussed as well, and a database for human reliability is established.In the first part, human-machine interface design of UCAV (Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle) is studied. The design criterion of display, controller and working environment for human in UCAV system is presented.In the second part, based on the analysis of human error cause, human generic error model is presented. Stress-strength interference model of structure reliability is introduced to analyze human reliability. The decrease speed of strength with time is studied by the human stress-strength interference model, and its probability density function is derived. Similar to engineering reliability analysis method, UCAV system reliability diagram and fault tree are presented, FMECA is also performed. The reliability of human machine interface system for UCAV is evaluated with fuzzy reliability theory. The key effect on human reliability is analyzed.In the end, the collection and analysis of human reliability data are discussed. The database for human reliability is established. Fault tree analysis program is written with C++ language.
