Analyses through the model test of the shaker model with three vibration motors, draws its dynamic performance parameter. And then has analyzed the problems in the shaker, have pointed out the direction in next design. This text has worked mainly:1, Have put the sort of shaker in order and dynamic analysis method of the structure systematically, and put forward the concrete scheme of dynamic analysis to the structure of three shafts shaker.2, Have summed up the dwell on shaker's mechanics model in electrical machinery in step, and set up the dwell on shaker model with three electrical machinery in step.3, Have designed the shaker model in project similar theory, and has drawn the relative position of the electrical machinery through the center of force and the mass center of the system, and proves the exactness of the position to pass test tests.4, Have sets up the finite element model in shaker using the analyses software ANSYS, go on mode analyses to it, drawing the first 14 steps of modal analysis results. It offered reference for designing the scheme of test in next mode.5, Through the displacement model test and the modal parameter is discerned, find the first three steps modal parameters and displacement shape of the shaker, and find the existing problem of the structure.6 , Through modal analysis of meeting an emergency, bring forward one approximate method to solve the shape of meet an emergency while ask for the shape of the meeting an emergency on shaker. Have the force field of the side of the shaker board after calculate, and verified Exactness of the displacement model t the same time. In addition, for solve the stress to the key points, the text has put forward a method to calculate the greatest main stress. And have checked the intensity of the key points.This text through the model test analysis, have got the modal frequency and displacement shape of the shaker in all steps, and find the Weak position on shaker. The analysis results have important meaning to guide the designing of the shaker in next step.
