This paper expatiates the function of the shakers that it undertakes the elimination the bigger solid granule and creates the condition for the next level equipment. Therefore requests it to have the bigger solid granule removed and recycle the high-cost shaker liquid as many as possible. The paper also introduces the present research condition and the development trend of the vibrating shaker, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all the present shakers. Explains that suitable enhances the throwing-index can remove the granule from the shaker liquid effectively, but it will also affect the life-span of shaker box, screen and so on. So elicits the new variational elliptical vibrating shaker. It has all of the advantages of straight vibrating shaker, circle vibrating shaker and elliptical vibrating shaker. From its entrance to export, the throwing-index reduces gradually, but the rock-feeding speed doesn't change, which can improve the ability of shaker. This is the variational elliptical shaker's most unique merit.Meanwhile this paper has established the new variational elliptical shaker's dynamical model, analyzing its working theory, calculating its dynamical model and simulating its moving track, displacement, velocity and acceleration. Narrates the importance and necessities of CAD/CAE that its function can improve the designable efficient and reduce the made-period of the new vibrating screen. The finite element model of new variational elliptical shaker is established on the platform of software Pro/M and the analysis on its dynamic characteristics is being carried out. The natural frequencies and mode shapes of the new variational elliptical shaker are calculated, the first ten steps natural frequencies shape are simulated and the distribution of dynamic stress is found out. New variational elliptical shaker's dynamic intensity has been examined. It shows that, its structure design is reasonable and its dynamic strength is satisfied. The results will be valuable to the design improvement or to the experiment research.
