Railway container transport has the advantages of high security,high degree of intensification,green and low-carbon,and all countries are actively promoting container transport.However,China’s railway container transport level is still far behind other developed countries,the competitiveness in the domestic transportation market is still relatively low,which also puts forward new challenges to China’s railway container transport organization.In addition,with the continuous development of the container transport industry,the railway container transport network has an increasingly important position in the transport,and improving the railway container transport network can promote the construction of efficient freight transport network.Therefore,based on the passenger-like container transportation system proposed by scholars,this paper further studies its transportation organization by constructing railway containerized transportation network,predicting the demand of network container flow and optimizing the design of train operation scheme in three aspects to improve the level of scale and intensification of cargo transportation,which also has positive significance to promote the high-quality development of railway freight transportation.First of all,an overview of passenger-like container transportation is given.According to the existing literature,we analyze the existing container transport organization mode,introduce the concept of passenger-like container transportation mode.Through the comparative analysis of container transport organization,passenger transport organization and passenger-like container transport organization,its condition is derived and the prerequisites for its implementation are analyzed.An overview of the issues related to the passenger-like container transportation is given to pave the way for the later study.Secondly,the passenger-like container transportation network is constructed.According to the qualitative analysis of relevant policies issued by the state to determine alternative points,the gross regional product,total retail sales of social consumer goods,per capita disposable income of residents,the number of resident population,the amount of railway cargo transportation and other indicators are selected,and the nodes are classified into three levels through a combination of systematic clustering and K-means clustering.On the basis of the three-level nodes,the final passenger-like container transportation network is derived based on the railway road network connectivity.Again,the demand of container flow in the passenger-like container transportation network is predicted.Firstly,the influencing factors of railway freight volume are analyzed,and on this basis,the time series model and BP neural network model are used to predict the railway freight volume of network nodes through the index data of each city from 2012-2021.Secondly,the network node rail freight volume is transformed into the network node rail container demand by predicting the rail containerization rate.Finally,it is transformed into rail container network container flow demand according to the freight attractiveness model.Finally,the operation scheme of passenger-like container transportation trains is designed.According to the demand for network container flow obtained by the Prediction,with the maximum income of railway transportation enterprises,the constraints of container flowing,train shutdown,and container replacement have been considered,and the optimization model of the passenger-like container train operation plan has been established.A container network containing 40 nodes is used as an example for case analysis,and a particle swarm algorithm is designed to solve it and verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. |
