The Landscape Pattern And Landscape Form Of Hangzhou Xixi-wetland

Hangzhou Xixi-wetland is a city-wetland which is rare in big and middle cities in China . Hangzhou benefited a lot from the active ecological affect of the wetland, and because of that , Xixi-wetland was called as "The city's kidney "of Hangzhou. It's unoriginal character endowed itself a special and fantastic landscape, which played an important role in the form of the city's landscape . But nowadays , suffering from developing actions , it was polluted in many aspects. Fortunately , we saw the beginning of protection — The national Xixi-wetland park.In this thesis , my analysis covered theories such as : landscape ecology. the plan of ecological landscape . ecological engineering etc. And draw my conclusion that the Xixi-wetland is a complicated ecological system . Then , I built the theory form for the following analysis.Some wetland protecting practices locates all over the word were analyzed as examples. Standing on that base , the thesis build a landscape model that show the ecological recovery and proper development on Xixi-wetland. Words of landscape pattern and form design were used to describe.The landscape pattern of Xixi-wetland : Grids method was used to analyses the landscape pattern, and described it in data and graphics mode . Xixi-wetland supposed to be protected as a natural protection zone . Respect to the further growth of the city and it's landscape form , I expanded the model for the future ,which followed the ecology .social and economic rules.The landscape form of Xixi-wetland : the analysis went though the wetland natural protection zone mode ,and discussed the "water" problem . Some suggestion of the proper forms were carried out.The key point of wetland protection is to found a proper landscape form . This foundation would be realized by using the measure of landscape form design , which belong to the microcosmic level. And then , protection theory can went further to the practice successfully .
