This theme aims to study a difficult problem existed in clearing before a nonnasality operation at present. And I designed a nonnasality cure instrument control system based on an arithmetic of predictive control. This system generates a control signal utilizing the arithmetic of predictive control. Then the signal acts on an air pump electromotor which drives the cure instrument for retaining air pressure in cure instrument's vessel invariably. As a result, the system can retain the pumping stress and work steadily. By this means, I solve the problem. The main study work include the hardware and software design of the control system, the study and amelioration of the control arithmetic, the emulation and analysis of experimental result, the user's interface design based on MCGS, and the data communications between the user's interface and the emulation software named Matlab. Through the theory analysis and the validation of experimental emulation, I proved the validity of this scheme. That is, comparing with the traditional control arithmetic of PID, the improved control arithmetic of generalized predictive control can ameliorate the performance of the system efficiently and make the system stable immediately. So it has a favorable control effect. This theme has applied for the national patent, and the patent application number is: 200420017818.6.
