In morden circuating cooling systems of power plants, biological slime in systems is controlled by chemical mehods. After using chemical agetias, cooling effluent of systems cause contamination to receiving waters. Biological slime in direct current cooling systems will be so much because of untreated cooling water that systems usually need to stop to clean, which leads to large loses. So, reasonable effective method for controlling biological slime in cooling water systems is very necessary. This thesis paper develops a controlling biological slime of systems method through painting an antisepsis algicide coating in cooling water systems and has performed development experiments of an antiepsis algicide coating. This thesis paper is composed of threee parts:Several single algicides usually used are investigated in the first part. Through measuring MIC and bacteriostasis diameter, the inhibited abilityof antimicrobials to bacterium and funguses is assessed. Through measuring optical density, inhibited ability of single antimicrobials to algaes si assessed. And, the variation law of antibacterical effect of antimicrobials is researched with variation of time and pH. Experiments indicate HBB, HBC, SKT have good effect on inhibiting bacterium and ageias and variation scope of pH suits cooling water systems of power plants. The second part is development experiments of an efficient antiepsis algicide. Selected single antimicrobials HBB, HBC, SKT are built orthorogonally and effectient composite recipes are detemined. Experiments indicate that built recipes FB-1, FB-2 which are efficient composite antimicrobals have broad-spectrum inhibited effect. The third part is development experiments of antisepsis algicide coatings. This part consists of two stages. In the first stage, orthogonal tests are carried out between developed efficient composite antimicrobals FB-1, FB-2 and selected coatings. Experiments indicate the optimum recipe TUB is built by FB-2 and coating. In the second stage, the effect of built antisepsis algicide coatings is tested. Furthermore, static test indicates the effect of TUB is significant. So, it posses wide spread application value.
