It is significant that the reuse of reclaimed water treated by advanced methods in circulating cooling water system. It can decrease the use of fresh water so as to ease the shortage of water resources and water environment pollution. However, the focus of this process is biological slime which affects production directly. Various of complex microbial binding in biological slime were bonded with binding outside the cell membrane, and it has no effect on environmental factors and is harder to kill than planktonic microorganisms. Therefore, the key to control microbial biological is that slime is controlled, microbial bio-dispersants is used to peel and disperse, and increase the bactericidal effect. It is difficult to form biological slime again and microorganisms are controlled ultimately in water circulation. The main results in this paper are as follows:The paper studies on the effects of microbial bio-dispersants which are removal, dispersion and foaming, and then establish a laboratory evaluation method which evaluate microbial dispersant performance on slime removal, slime dispersion and foaming properties. By using several microbial dispersant as a template, it is researched on several specific operation methods of the evaluation and the advantages and scope of the methods.Based on this bio-dispersants performance evaluation methods, two kinds of micro-dispersant TX- 30 and Triton X-100 are screened out from non-ionic or anionic surfactants. TX- 30 and Triton X-100 have high-dispersion stripping, low-foaming, and good interaction with fungicides. The paper studies on specific effects of slime stripping on time, concentration, pH, calcium content and temperature, compared with common micro-dispersant 1427. The results show that protein content remained constant after dosing of pharmaceutical 24h;With concentration of stripping agent increasing, the dosing performance enhanced; pH and calcium content do not affect TX-30 and Triton X-100, but not 1427; Temperature is beneficial to slime stripping of agents. Finally, compatibility of micro-dispersant and common corrosion inhibitor is studied. The results find that TX-30, Triton X-100 have a good compatibility, but 1427 and corrosion inhibitor of copolymers are easier to precipitate. Studies have shown that the overall performance of non-ionic surfactant TX-30 and Triton X-100 is better, and have synergistic effect with fungicides and good compatibility with corrosion inhibitor. So TX-30 and Triton X-100 are ideal micro-organisms dispersant.
