At present ,in the situation of the reform "Discerption of generation and grid , Price-bidding" of the electricity market ,the ability of hydroelectric station to supply electricity to grid as an unit is not strong especially to the one .whose regulation capability is not well. The hydroelectric stations should face grid as a whole, only in that way can their advantages be incarnated. Regarding the hydroelectric station system in HuangBo River basin as study object , this paper makes a deep study on its theory and method ,surrounding the long-term regulation rule of it. Main points following:1) Illuminating the aim and meaning of this study, expatiating the classification of the reservoirs regulation ,giving an overall description of theories and methods of reservoir optimal operation in and out country, and than pointing out the problem and trend during the reservoir regulation2) The analysis of the background of reservoirs in HuangBai River basin .as well as the work of neatening datum pave the way for further research. Applying large-scale system discerption- coordination method to make a systematic analysis on HuangBai River basin , establishing an assured optimal regulation model .which is suitable to this basin .According to the traits of this model ,this paper makes a deep research of its solving way, finally gains the fruits referring to the assured optimal dispatching of hydropower stations3) Making concealed stochastic analysis on the result of the assured optimal .According to the idea of large-scale system aggregation-discerption , all the reservoirs are regarded as a equivalent one ,namely aggregation reservoir .Through mul-factors step regression analysis on the assured optimal result of aggregation reservoir, the dispatching function of aggregation reservoir can be found .However,the decision-making of aggregation reservoir should be divided among hydropower stations ultimately ,and incarnated through idiographic decision-making of every one. This paper studies its discerption method.4) In order to inherit the advantages of routine regulation, on the base of analyzing the connotative relationship of factors in aggregation reservoir , this paper charts the aggregation reservoir dispatching drawing, which is similar to routine regulation drawing. According to aggregation reservoir dispatching function and drawing ,this paper makes use of history long-series runoff datum to carry through simulation calculation .founding that this way is superior to routine regulation.5) Finally , summarizing fruits .finding weaknesses and putting forward the direction for further research...
