A simple model of rotor-bearing system of hydroelectric machines is built by using Riccati transfer matrix method and Newmark-βnumerical integration which had existed. After being corrected by experimental data .the model can be used in engineering, mostly be using to calculate effect of balance weight in the experiment of rotor balancing. The target of this paper is making model computing combining with engineering. In the process of model building gyroscopic effect angular inertia shear deformation electric magnetic inertia of the water in the runner are taken into. Various forces acting on rotor can be considered in calculating model. The oil-film of the guide bearings are treated as linear because time limited Some influencing factor who have greater influence are gain by analyzing experimental data They can be considered corresponding force into calculating model. By calculating the model can reflect vibration of machines Then the centrifugal force of balance weight is added into calculating model .Calculating again effect of balance weight can be gain. Software is complied according to the process of relative calculation and example is given in this paper. As a attempt it is proved that calculating model can be better applied in engineering in this paper.
