Research On The New Residence Of Wannan

Along with the development of Chinese country economics , and a great deal of labor forces flock to the second and third Industry. As well as the town corporations'moderately concentration with the purpose of forming scale production. Great demand for residences will happen in small towns. Especially for traditional towns, the newly arisen residences become a significant and difficult problem. The paper takes the new residence of traditional towns in Wannan as object, and analyzes from three aspects, the planning and design of new residence in Wannan, the developing mode and the transition from traditional residence to new residence, by using relevant theory on the basis of fieldwork. The purpose is to grope for the existing problem in the construction of Wannan's new residence and give some suggestions. The issue of this paper is expected to be the reference of the new residence construction in Chinese traditional towns, and it also will discuss the tendence of the new residence in the traditional towns of our country. The main content of the paper covers six chapters: In the first chapter , it briefly defines the basic concepts referred in the paper after ensuring the research objective,method and meaning, and analyses the research actuality of this subject in China and abroad. In the second chapter, by introducing the new residence in the county seat of Yi county and She county. It haply outlines the actuality of new residence in Wannan. In the third chapter, on the basis of analyzing the construction environment and general situation of Wannan's new residence, it mainly analyses four representative cases, and bring out some thoughts for improving the new residence contrapose the problems have existed. In the forth chapter, it analyses the developing mode of the new residence in Wannan firstly; And then it analyses the existing reason and the operation mechanism of the three developing modes, and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of each developing mode; finally, it discusses the appropriate developing mode of new residence in Wannan. In the fifth chapter, it analyses the evolutive causation of the new and old residence at first; And then it discusses the continuing of construction experience of the traditional residence; finally, it points out what government,architect,resident should do for the construction of new residence. In the sixth chapter, on the basis of the above paragraphs, it analyses the main problems exists in the construction of the new residence in traditional towns in China, and gives some suggestion to the construction of Wannan's new residence according to the successful experiences abroad. And it also discusses the tendence of the new residence in the traditional towns of our country.
