Research On The Yongfutang Houseof The Traditional Residence In Gongchuan,Fujian

The research on the Yongfutang house in Gongchuan,Yongan,Fujian which is focus on five aspects of the background,design,construction,use and restoration by means of field surveying,interviewing with the local carpenters and electronic modeling.Based on the background knowledge of the traditional residence in Qingshui,Jianshe,Huainan,etc.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the humanistic background of Yongfutang house which is the migration history of the Li family,and the unique topography and climate of Yangfeng which influencing the form,function and use of the house.Secondly,the patriarchal clan system determines the principle of building which for protecting their forefather house.Yongfutang house is a combination of "centered courtyard + auxiliary room + Huatai + pond",which following the form of ancestral architecture and making their production and life,The landscape layout is the main factor to choose the position and orientation of the building.Thirdly,Yongfutang house fully embodies the local construction techniques,and integrates the practice and structures of wood,brick,stone and soil.Timber frame structure has typical characteristics of Chuandou.There are other structural forms,such as wooden frame— rammed earth wall and wooden frame— brick wall.Fourthly,Yongfutang house as a provincial cultural relics protection building,the restoration mothod is to recover its original characters,and to coordinate the relationship between the house and the surrounding environment through the ancient skill.Finally,the restoration measures for Yongfutang house mainly include reconstruction,replacing components,correcting position and repairment.We need to repair the centered courtyard building and reconstruct the reading room,the production room and the storeroom.
