| In this paper, the characters of transmission line tower joint structure are analysedand the method of transmission line tower lofting based on joint parameters is putforword. The joints of transmission line tower are classified into simple joints,replacement joints, plate-saving joints, planar plate joints and spatial plate joints. Thefeature of joint and its application are detailedly anaylsed and the method of joint loftingis also discussed. The key technology of pole lofting and plate lofting are emphased inthis paper and a new method is proposed which is applied to get plate shape by judgingwhether all nodes are the same side. According to the method, the program of jointlofting is compiled. The advantages of this program are that the lofting datas areoriginated from the single-track blueprint, the parameters of joint lofting are obtained bythe documentary delivery and man-machine conversation and the results of joint loftingare achieved according to the types of transmission line tower joint. Applying theprogram to 110KV ZM Cat Head Type Beeline Tower proves that the method oftransmission line tower lofting based on joint parameters is correct and valid. |
