Research On New Technology Of Water Treatment Tanks Standardized Design With Calculating And Drawing

The importance of the second development for AutoCAD in water engineering design is introduced in this thesis. And the viewpoint of AutoCAD developing for drawing is presented for new technology and new tank in water treatment in Visual LISP. To attain automation by AutoCAD operation, the programme in Visual LISP is developed, which can speed up the repeated drawing and simplify a series of complicated AutoCAD operation. Then the possibility of standardized design for water engineering with its feature is discussed. On this basis, the common principle of congulation, deposition and filtration are summarized, the methods of improving technology effect are also discussed. To improve the effect of coagulation, deposition and filtration, the functions for six tanks which are flocculating tanks of needles and folded plates, sedimentation tanks of tubulars and horizontal-flow, filters of V shape and rolled plates are emphatically discussed. The six tanks are standardized design on end. Aimed at the programmed objects of these new tanks, the calculating and programming in Visual LISP for them are mainly carried on in the study. Firstly single tank of congulation, deposition and filtration technology is programmed. Because of the difference blowdown of sedimentation tank, three sedimentation tanks are programmed. Seconly three combined tanks are programmed as the flocculating tank and sedimentation tank used are constructed together. According to programming and running these programs, the following three aspects are shown: (1) The project design which is generously used experience dates and low requirement to calculating accuracy can be taken standardized design. Then calculation and drawing can be attained at the same time. (2) Every design engineer must not only be good at design by hand, but also master a program language. Thus he can develop the special field software and establish special figure base which can greatly improve the design efficiency. Visual LISP is a powerful function and intelligent language. (3) As far as the design objects such as flocculating tank, sedimentation tank and filter are concerned, to attain the design of calculating and drawing together, the computer's programming is an important measure of high quality and powerful efficiency, which is also a tendency of project design. In all, the second development for AutoCAD is a effective measure to attain calculating and drawing altogether by programming.
