Research And Development Of Domestic Water Treatment System Based On Public Tap Water Pressure

With the continuous development of social economy, the water pollution has become one of the major problems the serious threat to human health. Based on the present situation of China's urban population base, large amount of domestic sewage discharge and drinking water safety problems, puting forward the topic of domestic water treatment system based on public water pressure.The public tap water pressure based on powered home water treatment system is composed of the water drinking purified water system and the domestic sewage collection and reuse system. Firstly,according to the design requirements,the design scheme of hydraulic system is put forward and demonstrates feasibility of the scheme. The hydraulic parameters of the system are determined by calculating the system dynamics and kinematics. In order to adapt to the requirements of the system,the hydraulic cylinder,the two position four way reversing valve and the reversing mechanism are designed. Through the use of ANSYS software for the main parts of the finite element analysis and FloExpress system of the main parts of the fluid flow simulation analysis to improve the design accuracy . In this paper,the energy loss of the system is checked.Compared with the present situation of domestic water purifier and the collection and utilization of domestic sewage in our country, the research of this paper has the following innovations: Municipal tap water is not only the power source of the system,but also the working medium of the system. The system does not need to be driven by electric power, and will not cause the waste of water resources; Based on the principle of hydraulic pressurizing and hydraulic transmission,a kind of linkage hydraulic cylinder is proposed,which to realize the function of hydraulic transmission in the system of hydraulic pressurization and hydrodynamic domestic sewage collection and reuse in the system of preparing pure water for drinking water by adjusting the ratio of the inner diameter of the driving cylinder and the working cylinder of the linkage hydraulic cylinder; In order to adapt to the characteristics of water medium and pressure flow in the system, the structure design of the two position four way valve in the hydraulic cylinder and the control system is carried out by using POM materia to control the cost of the system.The public tap water pressure driven home water treatment system scheme proposed based on the principle of energy conservation, always maintain, can fully rely on municipal tap water pressure and achieve pure drinking water preparation and domestic sewage collection and utilization.It is believed that through more research and discussion, the hydrodynamic home water treatment technology will be more mature and can be widely promoted and applied.
