The Research On The Development And The Integration Planning Strategies Of Urban Mixed Community

As a kind of habitation mode that is opposite from "homogeneous inhabitancy" in normally meaning, "Mixed inhabitancy" has its social value and realistic meaning that can not be neglected since the naissance of it. Face the phenomena and trend that the homogenization from internal structure of China Residence has bring on the urban residential differentiation, more and more scholars have already been aware of the importance of constructing communities with diverse and compound functions. On the other hand, because of the historic reason, the mode of "Mixed inhabitancy" has certain social foundation in our country. Be compared with west nations, it can has more possibilities to be realized in fact.From the background and through the carrier of community which is the microcosmic social unit for research, this paper analyses the interior and exterior regulations of Residential District in the macroscopic and microcosmic point of view, basing on summary of the existing theories and related fulfillment about the development on communities. And then, it put forward the pointed planning strategy with the guide of personal demonstration to open out the difficulty about integration.This paper includes six chapters:Chapter one starts with the background and meaning of this research, establishes the objects, framework, train of thoughts and basic method for research. And then, defines the concept of "Urban Mixed Community" as the research center.Chapter two summarizes and reviews the related theories, research trends and procedure of practices on the mode of "Mixed inhabitancy", and as a guide of context, laying the theoretical ground for this research.Chapter three divides the formation of "Urban Mixed Community" andstudies the characteristic and mechanism of its development on macroscopic level.Chapter four analyze the processes, results, and meaning of socialization inside "Urban Mixed Community" on microcosmic level.Chapter five, basing on chapter three and chapter four, it posts the interior problems and difficulties for integration inside "Urban Mixed Community" in the view of present and planning, through the demonstration for research. And then, put forward the core strategy as a guide.Chapter six makes a summary to the main standpoint that this paper has been put forward, and prospects the points for the follow-up research.
