| The development of urban communities in my country has gradually evolved toward spatial heterogeneity and community inclusiveness with the rapid urban renewal.Mixed living in most cities is beginning to take shape.On the one hand,the existing mixed residential communities formed spontaneously in cities contain hidden problems such as isolation of living spaces,imbalance of public spaces,and social exclusion;on the other hand,mixed residential communities formed under planning and regulation now urgently need to build a scientific and effective evaluation System to promote the evaluation of integration benefits.Mixed living is committed to the goal of changing from space integration to social integration.Communication space,as a catalyst for community residents' cultural adaptation and integration development,is an important entry point for mixed living community evaluation research and is shared with the community life circle from the perspective of residents' needs.The basic service functions of differentiation,differentiation and precision coincide with the direction of public activity space.Therefore,the evaluation of existing mixed residential communities with social integration as the goal,communication space as the foothold,and community life circle as the basis has certain research value.The thesis first summarizes the theoretical research progress of social integration,mixed residence,and community life circle at home and abroad,and provides theoretical basis and research direction for subsequent research.Through the study of the delineation of urban areas in Dalian and the standard of class division,the gis software was used to analyze the current scale of existing mixed residential communities in Dalian;on this basis,through the delineation of spatial scope,the size of homogeneous neighborhoods,and media class research Explore the suitable mixed living model such as the proportion of the class and the population,construct an ideal existing mixed living community model,select four typical existing mixed living communities in Dalian,from six aspects: layout mode,public service facilities and transportation,and residential environment A comparative analysis of the general situation to determine the Zhixing life circle as a specific case of empirical research in this article.Secondly,the author takes the subjective perception evaluation pre-judgmentcommunication space measurement verification as the research time series,and constructs the evaluation index system,improves the research method and research arrangement respectively.Further,the 15 indicators extracted from the four dimensions of subjective perception were used to conduct a pre-survey using the semantic difference scale combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods to obtain a more "common" evaluation of the fusion situation;the 13 indicators extracted from the perspective of the community life circle Factor analysis,obtained four principal component factors,named: public road space,outdoor activity space,cultural and sports activities facilities,convenient service facilities;the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for fusion benefit measurement,the fusion evaluation result is "general",and The judgment results are consistent,indicating the effectiveness of the communication space as an evaluation of the integration benefits of mixed residential communities.Further evaluate the status quo and problem identification of the communication space of the Zhixing life circle,and propose that priority should be given to the activity characteristics and communication needs of low-income groups;locate and quantify the communication space at the level of detailed control;design multiple and complex interactions at the level of regulation Space and other integration promotion strategies.Finally,the author summarizes from two levels of theoretical construction and empirical research to provide reference for the follow-up evaluation research of existing mixed residential communities. |
