Along with the quick development of the modern chemistry industry, chemistry industries of the developed countries become very large-scale and one of the mostly industry. Our country is also product and use a large of chemical the quantity is in the ex-row in the world. But the chemistry industry is very dangerous, the most of the products belong to the dangerous chemicals, easy burning easy explosion, easy occurrence the large number dies and loses. So the advanced fire fight design, new technique, dependable fire fight equipments, control and keep fire in time, reduce loss is a very important topic, and also the basic condition for people live and society stability.This thesis is talk about the dangerous chemicals station of Hongan Chengdu, to detailed introduce the process of design. Combing the station and tank farm become larger and larger, consulting the fire fight design principle for the large equip area and tank farm domestic and international; Contrasting to study the characteristics of the high pressure fire fight water supply system, temporary high pressure fire fight supply system, discussion the isobaric pump's characteristic. Sum the advantages and shortages about the centrifugal pump. As follows results:(1) Compare with other water supply systems, we know that in large dangerous chemicals station, though the high pressure system is safety, the system constitute complications, expenses is high; the low pressure system must depend on the fire fight truck or pump to have extra pressure. It's not safe enough, difficult to operationand need large labor. So because of low expenses, safe easy and automation control, the steady high pressure system is the best choices.(2) Analysis about the isobaric pump and centrifugal pump, that the isobaric pumps have flatter function carve, nearly constant export pressure and discharge, ever can guarantee the whole system safe and dependable, meeting the request of the fire fight system.(3) This project acceptance the first time cheek through national expert's team and native fire fight system, safe section in may, 2005; And passed the quality check in octorber,2005,then circulating formally. After the project running, the fire fight equipments circulate normally, the pressure of the fire fight system keep above 0.45MPa the steady high pressure system and automations control system running good, received expected request, the evaluation is as follows:(a) Advanced technique, reasonable economy.(b) Match the safety production, environmental protection, economic the energy and water.(c) Steady pressure installment depends on the pressure automatically control no man operation, so that management convenience.This thesis has some creative:(1) Succeed using the advanced fire fight design into the actual project, nested of the traditional design, satisfied the request about high degree automate, advanced technique, reasonable economy.(2) The fire fight design —"steady high pressure system" also can use in the place where higher request and more fire risks have. And it should be expansive.
