KBE Based Intelligent And Rapid Design And Virtual Simulation Of The Stairs & Plats Of Container Crane

According to the drastic competition of global economic, the enterprise must gain marcket share, shorten products' periods and respond in a quick way by the means of the shortest time, the highest quality, the lowest cost, the knight service and thinking much of environment(TQCSE). So when the enterprise design new products, they must follow the requirement of TQCSE criterion. Especially for this products design ,which design object is relatively aptotic and its structure is not so much variational, need advanced design method. such the design of Stairs & Plats of Container. By the way of the integration of the technology of CAD and Artificial Intelligence,it can satisfy the enterprise's need well.In the paper, based on the combination of the theory of knowledge based engineering (KBE) and the design of Stairs & Plats of Container, it uses both 3D parametric graphic software Solidworks2003 and program language Visual C++6.0 which is object-oriented programming(OOP) to develop a customization oriented Intelligent and Rapid Design System(IRDS) for Stairs & Plats of Container. The features, facts, experiments and rules of the product design can be encapsulated into various kinds of case libraries by integrating the technologies of parametric design, feature based modeling and software integration to backup and realize the intelligent design. This paper thinks up so called "form top to bottom" intelligent assembly design idea and finally make it come true, then it makes the numeric way of design and analysis form the whole design to the parts' design of the Stairs & Plats of Container. In addition, the technology of virtual simulation is used for the Stairs & Plats of Container which is designed by using IRDS.This paper aims at using intelligent and rapid design technology and virtual simulation of the Stairs & Plats of Container of ZPMC.The work in this paper would supply plentiful experiences later for using the technology of KBE solving design difficult problem.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed...
