| With the increasing world-wide energy shortage, the problem of energy-conservingand guaranteeing the comfort of people became more important for AIRCONDITIONING.―――one of big energy consumer.Lithium Bromide Absorption Refrigeration system is one of the more efficientmethod of refrigeration in using low potential energy and waste energy as terrestrialheat , solar energy and low temperature vapor , etc.The residual heat energy of the exhaust gas from heavy industry manufactory wasfound to be available energy for LiBr/H2O absorption cooling system. For the sake ofdesigning a LiBr/H2O absorption cooling system to reclaim residual energy, a modelwas designed to simulation the heat exchanging between the exhaust gas andLiBr/H2O solution. Moreover, a simulation analysis was carried out for absorptioncooling system using waste gas through a newly developed simulation program.The method of optimize designing is studied and a universal software is provided.During the designing of the software, a lot of diagram about the property of LiBr/H2Osolution was translated into the data file or function for the software to query, andmathematics model was established to get the parameter of the property of LiBr/H2Osolution that cannot be found in the diagram. In additional, the software can optimizethe designing of the cooling system, make the cooling system has maximal coefficientof performance or the maximal COA for heat exchanging components.When design and calculate an Lithium Bromide Absorption Refrigeration system,because it exists various of devices and uncertain conditions, designers often doexcessive and repeated works with low efficiency. In this paper, using the analyticalprogramme of parameter, a simulation analysis was carried out for absorption coolingsystem, the analytical programme can analyse the influence between the parameterand the performance of the absorption cooling system. |
