| During a long time , hospital architectures have been paidattention by many architects because of their complexity and volatile .Hospital architectures are affected by many limiting factors , such asmedical mode , medical facilities , economy , society , culture and so on .the special situation of China has made it sure that medical rules alsohave many effects on the hospital architectures and facilities . even play adecisive role .《Rules to be in charge of hospitals by grade》(《RCG》in short)is a recent medical rule . this article analyzes the influence of《RCG》tothe hospital architectures and facilities and the stimulative role to the"integrated hospital architecture" by introducing the development andchanges of hospitals in Beijing since 《RCG》has been used in practice .On the other hand , in the process of analyzing the new projects ofmedical hospitals and planning by making use of statistics , this articlealso sum up the new ideas in new projects , mature modes anddevelopment tendency in current domestic medical architectural design .This article regards the influence of medical rules to the medicalarchitectures and facilities as the innovate of the research work . Result in6 aspects : (1) 《RCG》promote the integrated development of hospitaland the start of new planning;(2) 《RCG》accelerate the humanismconstruction of hospitals;(3) 《RCG》call for the developmental directionof multifunctional and professional;(4) 《 RCG 》 promote thedevelopment of the 3 lines : people line,goods line and information line;(5) Putting in practice,《RCG》has made many top hospitals beganexpanding or recombining;(6) since 《RCG》has been implemented,public space ,medical-tech department,sickroom department haveshown its common characters of being closer to the international standardof medical facility design.According to the 6 aspects above , we can draw the conclusionthat 《RCG》accelerate the development of medical architecture andfacility.
