This article is a research on the comprehensive urban design in the new urbandistrict. First it researches on the implication and methodology of the urban design;the difference between the new urban district planning and urban design;the purposeand the function and the main content of the comprehensive urban design in the newurban district. On the study and analysis of the theory, it works on the case of Jinyangnew district, it raise the basic compose factors and work procedure and work frame ofthe comprehensive urban design in Jinyang new district. Stressing analyze landscapefactor feature, emphasis researching on the construct of the feature of the new district.It moulds the unique city figure of the Jinyang new district through constructing greennet system and human-culture distinguishes system. Finally it works on the urbandesign guidance on every construction block to carry out the main idea of thecomprehensive urban design.
