The experiments concerned in this paper were after theproblem that was encountered when applying windows on slopingroof. Traditionally the method was to use beams to support thesewindows. But this method not only would reduce the limited spaceof the rooms under sloping roofs, but also would result in"cold bridge" effect, which is caused when different temperbetween two surfaces of the beams happens. This problem wasespecially severe in the north China. So through improvingconcrete sandwich roof panel to solve the problem becomes morereasonable.The method of the experiment is by the contrast between theReinforced Concrete Sandwich Panel (RCSP) and Normal ConcreteSandwich Panel (NCSP). And the method of this experiment is toraise the bending stiffness by means of reinforcing steel wiresbetween concrete sheets (to get enough shear stiffness). Andthe data of the experiment approve of the truth of the method.Building finite element models by the means of FiniteElement Analysis (FEA). Considering material nonlinearproperty of concrete and analysis RCSP property as a whole. Fromthe data from FEA it can be gotten that the data from FEA isapproaching the data from the experiment.From the result of experiment and FEA, it can be concludedthat there are two elements that affect the stiffness ofConcrete Sandwich Panel (CSP) that is the bending stiffness ofthe concrete sheet and the shear stiffness of the steel wiresbetween concrete sheets. So according to the two elementmentioned above,reviewing documents and materials accordingly,forming CSP stiffness differential equation, and computer RCSPdisplacement. From the result from the contrast between thedata of experiment and the one of computer, it can be provedthat the method fits computer the displacement of RCSP.
