Concrete sandwich panels, are a set of load-bearing thermal insulation as one ofthe new building structure; are the main load-bearing component of the structuralsystem of the concrete sandwich panel. The analysis on the flexural behavior of theconcrete sandwich panels is the base of the development of this energy-savingbuilding.At present, The upper and lower thin concrete layers of the concrete sandwichpanel assume the role of the external load, the carrying capacity of concrete sandwichpanels will be more sensitive to the position of the cross-section neutral axis; theupper concrete compressive stress is very small, far from its compressive strength,when the concrete sandwich panel components will be destroyed, and the compressivestress maps of the compress concrete will be close to the triangular distribution,whichis different to ordinary rectangular concrete components. Using the same concretecompressive strength fcand equivalent rectangular conversion factor α1and β1whichare used to calculate the flexural capacity of the concrete sandwich panelis unreasonable. For the above reason, in this paper, the further study on the flexuralbehavior of concrete sandwich panels were analyzed, the main contents include thefollowing:First, this article analyzed the whole process of the flexural concrete sandwichpanels, using the computer program that was wrote using MATLAB by the author, toaccurately determine the position of the section neutral axis of the concrete sandwichpanelsSecond, under the whole process analyze of the flexural section of the concretesandwich member, determining the concrete compressive strength fcand equivalentrectangular conversion factor α1and β1, puting forward the calculation formula of theflexural capacity of concrete sandwich panels.Last, under the whole process analyze of the flexural concrete sandwich member,analyzing the deformation of the flexural concrete sandwich member under the load;then put forward the calculation method of the deflection of the concrete sandwichpanel. This study improved the calculation precision of the flexural capacity of theconcrete sandwich panel; provided the theoretical foundation for the optimizationdesign of the concrete sandwich panel; and provided the theory and method of thedeflection calculation of the flexural concrete sandwich panel.
