The boiler system automaticity control degree has an important influence to its operating efficiency, the operation reliability and security.The paper mainly aims at #7- 8 boilers combustion control system of ShiZuiShan power plant, the optimum combustion control plan are investigated and designed, and the same time, the optimum combustion control plan and system are tested. The boiler combustion control system is included the steam pressure control system, the sending-wind control system and the drawing-wind control system. In this article, the analysis and the comparison to the present popular several kinds of combustion control plan have been carried on, and the thorough analysis in view of respective characteristic and the design thought have been finished. Based on these, combined the modem control theory and the characteristic of the combustion control system of the boilers, the optimum combustion control plan have been gotten. The control method with energy balances is presented according to the characteristic of sending-wing control system, the control method of the primary air and secondary air flow is put forward according to the need of drawing-wind control system, the drawing-wind control system is optimum designed in order to improve the burning efficiency of boilers, and an online searching method on the ratio of air and coal is proposed. In order to solve the problem that conventional control methods are difficult to obtain the optimal control effect, the PED control and Fuzzy control are combined for the burning control system. In the mean time, both the designing methods of Fuzzy controller of sending-wind system and the self-optimizing Fuzzy controller are presented. In the end, the optimum combustion control plan and system have been tested in the site, and the operation parameter curves and tested data of burning control system are analyzed. The analyzed results show that the optimum plan and methods proposed by this paper are effective and feasible.The combustion control system optimization design plane and system of this paper have an important reference value to other thermal power plant.
