The Auditting Expert System Of Safety Management System

In order to meet the requirement of the agency of martime safety administration in auditting the safety management system establishded by shipping company, to improve the efficiency of auditting, and to avoid the free judgement by the auditting person, this thesis has done some works: categorized and conformed the documents frame of safety management system;set up mapping rules between the items of International Safety Management Rules and the documents of safety management system;designed expert system on the base of artificial intelligence;builded auditting expert knowledge base;adoptted forward-backward chaining control strategy to come true the auditing of safety environment protection policies in the documents of safeyty management system;in the expert system, this thesis put forward fuzzy reliability evaluation method based on the degree that document's content accords with items, then builded fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. At last calculated the maximum approach value between expert evaluation matrix and reliability result matrix, and then came true standard output of auditing result.The result indicates that this technique can effectively simulate the process of expert auditing, realization quantification of auditing result. This technique can play assistant role in auditting work for maritime safety administration.
