The mechanism modal analysis and the dynamic optimization design method for many years always has been a hot topic which the domestic and foreign scholars study, it regarding enhances of the mechanical system's the operational reliability and the improvement of system's dynamic response characteristic has the vital significance. This article utilizes modal analysis and the dynamic optimization design newest research results, take the screw rod type air compressor which used in the diesel engine turbo-charged transmission system as the research object, discusses the application of the mechanism dynamic optimization design method in the mechanical drive system. After the transmission system's analysis,computation mathematics model has been established to this compressor transmission system using the transmission matrix law, In order to working out reverse natural frequency and inherent mode shape of transmission system with computer, the program was compiled with Matlab language. Has established the screw rod type air compressor's shell and the rotors three dimensional entity model with Pro/E, The computer simulation with finite element analysis software ANSYS on the practical work status which the compressor withstanding has been carried on,In this way the distortion date of the compressor in its practical work condition has been obtained ,all these date has provided important reference for the design and processing of the compressor's parts.Finally the analysis on the sensitivity of the system various parameters to the system reverse natural frequency has been carried on, by which the influence of each parameter to the system has been discovered and it provided the important basis for people's determination in the structure improvement way.
