Electric locomotive auto running system is the essential foundation of unmanned control system. It is also the key problem that coking enterprise have to deal with in order to insure the efficiency an security of production. To change and improve the actual, this paper is based on the efficient experience learnt through the comparison and analysis of the present domestic and foreign control systems. In this paper, the author proposes a doable method. The design divides the oven number identification subsystem from accurate contraposition subsystem, combines the running controller and PLC controller, which can greatly reduce building costs, increase the precision of automatic contraposition and enhance the applicability of this control system. And this paper designed an automatic device of anti-collision.The critical techniques of auto running and orientation control system are oven number identification, accurate orientation curve control and PLC control system. The paper proposes solutions respectively RFID, three-laser aiming sensor, single-chip controller and simatic PLC ect. These solutions can ensure accurate identification of the oven number and accurate orientation, so that the deviation of the automatic parking position is within 10mm. The transducer makes a satisfactory dynamic performance and improves the stability in the period of running. It is the first time that an integrated application of RFID and automatic orientation control system are used. This control system has the advantages of simplicity, stability, lower costs and readiness in maintenance, which can justify its being used widely.
