The operation control of electric locomotive is an essential component of the automaticcontrol of the coking manufacture. It is the major problem that coking enterprises should dealwith in order to ensure the safety of production. It also has great significance for automaticreformation and upgrade. In order to change and improve the manual drive, low positioningprecision,great working intensity and low producing efficiency actuality, this paper comparesand analyzes the present domestic and foreign control systems,and then designs an appliedand credible electric locomotive semiautomatic control system.The design divides the ovennumber identification system from precise orientation system, combines the runningcontroller and PLC controller, which can greatly increases the precision of automaticcontraposition, reduces construction and maintenance cost and enhances the applicability ofthe system.Several critical techniques, such as RFID, three-laser Contraposition sensor, runningorientation curve, are used in the system. The system can ensure precision identification of theoven number and precision orientation, and the deviation of the automatic parking position iswithin 10mm. The transducer makes a satisfactory dynamic performance and improves thestability in the period of running. The PS2 interface number keyboard and liquid crystaldisplay are used in the system. It is an attempt that an integrated application of the RFID andthe automatic orientation control system. The system has the advantages of simplicity,stability, lower costs and readiness in maintenance, so it can use widely.
