With the full use of information technologies changing traditional management, an aviation enterprise has some problems, that is, information integration and share among applied systems, unreasonable tools plans, and chaos of stock management in the process of information alteration. In order to solve these problems, the paper is on the basis of life-cycle managing tools, and focuses on several key technologies to realize during the course of tools management system research. The main research in this paper as follow:1 , Based on product life-cycle, life-cycle is presented to solve existent problems in enterprise tools management. According to enterprises' applied systems, the tools life-cycle system is built. With a view of consummating the management, the model of tools management system is analyzed.2, To settle information integration and share among applied systems, tools Information coding is established. On this basis, Enterprise managing resource platform is integrated tools management system based on view and MES system based on XML.3 , Fuzzy theory is used to resolve unreasonable tools plans ,control process and return state. It will help management development know tools preparation in time and shorten time.4, Analyzed tools stock and then multilevel tools stocks are built. Aim at characteristic of tools resource, ABC classification is adopted. Based on varied tools, utility value is used. Color-symbol technology realizes the presentiment of safety stock.
