The Design And Application Of Static Security Analysis Based On CIM In Distribution

Static security analysis is an important part in EMS/DMS to help the dispatcher monitorand analyze the power system. The thesis depicts the current situation of static securityanalysis;the IEC61970 is briefly introduced, which is used to depict the common informationof the network.Based on the syntax and semantics of CIM, the CIM is extended to design the uniqueclasses of Static security analysis.Considering the difference between the transmission and distribution , the static securityanalyzing method considering the busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS) by twice topologyis presented based on the, which can accurately simulate BATS.Actual application in one distribution of GanSu power system shows that the results ofanalysis agree with actual operation conditions, proving the effectiveness and practicability ofthe above method.
