Environmental Performance Evaluation Of Green Ecology Residensial Zone And Its Application

Green Building is the development trends of architecture in the 21thcentury. The "Green Tide" in residential construction has also risen in Chinanowadays. The ministry of construction in China has drawn up series ofregulations in order to set specifications for the construction of green ecologyresidential buildings.In this paper, based on the construction principal points and guiding rulesfor green ecology residential zone" of Chinese ministry of construction, someenvironment performance assessment indexes and an evaluation methodswhich are adaptive to the current developments of the green ecology residentialbuildings has been established, and this work has given an good scalar to assessthe development of green ecology residential zone.First of all, the history of the environmental evaluation to green ecologyresidential zone in the world has been introduced. Meanwhile, the currentdevelopment in green ecology residential zone has been analyzed and someproblems have been detected.Secondly, the origin and the definition as well as the connotation of thegreen ecology residential zone are introduced. The design method of the greenecology residential buildings are also been employed. After giving thedescription of the green ecology residential buildings in China, the future of thegreen ecology residential buildings are prospected.Thirdly, based on the characteristics of the environmental performanceevaluating of the green ecology residential buildings, we investigate theessentials and the contents of the environmental performance evaluating for thegreen ecology residential zone according to the evaluating indexes whichincludes twelve subsystems and they are: the energy system, the waterenvironment system, the atmospheric system, the sound system, the lightsystem, the heat system the green system, the waste management and treatmentsystem, the green architectural material system, the residential intelligencebuilding system, the green development system, and the green managementsystem.Finally, based on the trinomial whitening weight (TWW) functionevaluating method in gray system theory, we give the function evaluationmodel with the weight of every evaluation indexes in the model determined onthe basis of the investigation result of various people's living need.According to the people's living average and the current economydevelopment, we have determined both the indexes and the sub-indexes'numerical value in the expand field of the environmental performanceevaluating on housing district. Taking the CY housing district in ShiJiazhuangfor instance, we evaluate its environmental performance, based on which boththe analysis of the problems and the corresponding actions are given.
