The emissions of greenhouse gas as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor pollutants are rising sharply with the rapid development of world economy and the increase of world energy consumption,which has brought great pressure to the human living environment.Our country's the second largest carbon sourceis construction industry and the construction industry pollution also increasingly affecting people's living environmentin recent years.So the inevitable choice is the low carbon environmental constructionafter reflectingthe construction to resource waste,resource shortage and pollution of the environment.Therefore,this topic actively launched a large number of researches and practice about low carbon environmental protection building.The text established the low carbon green building evaluation system by comparing and researching the domestic and foreign existing mature green building evaluation systemsandcombiningthe present situation of the development of China's construction at the same time,the evaluation systemincludesfour first-level indicators,eight secondary indexes and thirty-five tertiary indicators.The system is more scientific and practical for its Highlighted the characteristics of low carbon environmental protection and joined clearly the environmental economic evaluation index which made the eligible construction conform the requirements of economic construction.In view of the low carbon green building evaluation system which has been established,the author adopts the method of questionnaire,which invites experts who are from enterprises,universities and institutions to fill in the questionnaire,and then structuresrespectively each expert grading results into judgment matrix,then calculates the weight coefficient of each targetby the excel office software.Finally,the authorcalculated the low-carbon green building evaluation system's index weight coefficientsby removing inconsistent judgment matrix of the questionnaireand confirming the consistency of matrix by the software.In addition,the author determines the evaluation factor set and the level by adopting the way of questionnaire survey and using the basic steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory;the author creating a low carbon environmental construction three-stage fuzzy evaluation modelby combining with the above calculation of low-carbon green building evaluation system index weight coefficients.The author carries outtheempirical analysisfor office building in Tianjinwhich applying three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modelof the low carbon green building evaluation system.Building up the membership degree matrixby experts who familiar with the technology application of eligible constructionscoring the questionnaire.Then evaluatesand calculates the contestant construction by using three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the low carbon green building evaluation system.In order to make the evaluation results more intuitive,the text gives specific point score for the evaluation grade which makes the score values in conformity withthe actual result of office building and proves that low carbon green building evaluation system has the characteristic of scientific.
