The tour which is intituled "the rising-sun industry of 21st century" is one of thefastest and widest future developing new thriving industry in the world of thecontemporary era. The development of the national park of our country also comesinto "golden age". However the social problems correlative to national park isstanding increasingly out. On the one hand, the social management system of thenational park of our country is quite chaotic at present. On the other hand, there arelarge numbers of dwellers living in the national park mostly. Under this situation,even one action of protection and utilization of the national park wouldconsequentially touch the benefits of various management groups and dwellers. Withthe corporate effects of these two aspects, the society stabilization, resourceprotection and rational utilization of the national park are threatened, and the socialcontradictions and problems raised by them would get more and more serious alongwith the development of the national park and would also badly harm to theecological development of the national park. These problems objectively improve therequest of paying attention to the social problems to national park, and the relevantplan theory and methods would be greatly needed to used to cognize rightly and settleproperly these social problems.The paper would firstly analyze the social problems existed in the national parkand the social background of it, clarify the necessary and pressure of researching thesocial problems of the national park combining with the deficiency in the currenttheory and plan of the national park. Secondly, the author searched the theories andexamples domestic and overseas related to the social problems of the national park,gained some summarization and progress and concluded the unique socialcharacteristics the national park of our country. At last, the point that integrating thepeople and the environment—the integrity of society and space is put forward.On the bases of the study of the interrelated theory and practice,the author analyzed the existed social problems of Lushan National Park, andexpatiated the planning measures of regulating and controlling the society of Lushanwhich includes the integrity of space and society. The integrity of space meansregulating and controlling the settlements, the mountainside scenic spots and thetourist reception establishments. The integrity of society means the planning of theadministration system and the economic policy.In the end, the author sum up the theory and practice fruit of paper researchby phases, analyze the possible bias and the points required to be consummated andpropose the next step of research.
