In order to ameliorate accuracy of auto Active gear axle cushion preselecting machine, the paper carries out theory and experiment research aimed at key influencing factors of the machine's accuracy.First, the paper analyzes the relationship between the torque of the fastening nut and the axial load of the drive gear axis, and the distribution of the axial load between the bearing internal and external rings theoretically. And this is the base for analysis of the stimulation pressure's and the separating ring rigidity's influence for the machine's accuracy.The paper puts emphasis on the analysis of key influencing factors of the machine's accuracy, such as stimulation pressure, overflow between the drive gear axis and the internal rings of bearings, rotate speed of the bearing block, lubrication status of bearings and the rigidity of the separating ring.An orthogonal test is experimentalized in order to get the influencing extent and sequence of all the above factors, and the flowing three factors are taken for example: stimulation pressure, overflow between the drive gear axis and internal rings of bearings and rotate speed of bearing block. Idiographic methods of the test and datum process are introduced.The paper also analyzes stimulation pressure during preselecting cushions thoroughly and theoretically, and based on the analysis, the paper introduces experiment research method of stimulation pressure influence for measurement accuracy. Least-square method is used to cater the experiment datum and to deduct the influencing function.
