As a significant component,main cone reducer is used for lowering the output speed of transmission system and increasing the torque.It affects the performance of a car,however,it can be influenced by differentials.The testing devices selects the appropriate gaskets to reduce the gap between the axle shaft gear and the planetary gear,which makes sure that gap is in a reasonable range and gear mesh is reliable.Therefore,the accuracy and efficiency of the testing devices are quite important to the assembly line of main cone reducer.Recently,the testing devices are static or artificial in most of domestic factories.In order to cover the shortage,researching the efficient testing devices with high accuracy has an important meaning.This paper describes the structure of differentials,how they work,and assembly technology firstly.This article also analyses the facts which influence the assembly dimension-chain of differentials and the tooth backlash to find a way to adjust the tooth backlash.Then the effect of the gear manufacture precision on clearance gap measurement,and meshing relationship between the side gears and the planetary gears come after that.According to that,we can have a new dynamic selected way of compensatory gaskets.Meanwhile,we finish the layout for the whole testing device and ensure the components.Finally,we do the finite element analysis and ensure the reliability of the devices by building three-dimensional models.We introduce the controlling system of testing devices,analyze the mechanical structure part and the electrical controlling system,build the mathematical model of the servo pressure control system,get the transfer function for the whole system,and test the stability.Disturbance factors are analysed to study the different controlling strategies and design the PID controllers.Meanwhile,we verify the feasibility and superiority of the fuzzy adaptive PID controllers by establishing Matlab/Simulink controlling system,doing the test of the servo pressure measuring system with disturbance and without disturbance,and comparing the control effects with different controlling strategies.
