Research And Development On Measurement And Analysis System Of Vibration & Noise Based On Virtual Instrument For Hydro-Units

This paper takes monitoring and analyzing of hydro generator units vibration as the research object. The measurement and analysis system of vibration & noise for hydro generator units vibration based on virtual instrument technology are researched and developed also. To begin with, this paper deals with the importance of hydro generator units vibration and noise measurement and analysis. The existing research status, the developing trends and the application prospects for hydro generator units of vibration monitoring are introduced in details. Accordingly, the vibration theory, the vibration sources and most of vibration fault features of turbine generator units are analyzed, sorted out and finalized so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of the measurement and analysis system of vibration & noise for hydro-units. In this paper, the hardware structure and software design of the measurement and analysis system of vibration & noise based on virtual instrument is built. And simulation tests for basic function of the system are implemented. At the same time, in combination with real machine tests in Ziyili hydropower plant using EN900 vibration monitoring fault diagnose instrument produced by Beijing Yinghuada, this paper discusses the practicability and feasibility of the vibration & noise measurement and analysis system based on virtual instrument for hydro-units, which is ofgreat significance for the research.Finally, the weak points in this system are analyzed and the prospects of the vibration monitoring are discussed in the end.
