In recent years,China's giant hydro-generator units have been put into production,and the capacity of hydropower generation and annual power generation have become the world's largest.Hydroelectric power generation has become an important guarantee for China's economic development.But with the increasing of unit capacity?size,and constantly adopting new technology?new material,vibration characteristics of the hydro-generator units must be changed,the hydro-generator units is running,the partial load area parts vibration is too big,bring the hydro-generator units safe and stable operation of potential hazard.In this paper,the vibration test of the 700MW hydrogenerator unit of Longtan hydropower station is carried out,and the vibration characteristics of the unit are studied.The following work is carried out:1.Combined with the characteristics of the unit,the test system,location,sensor selection and signal cable layout of the unit vibration test are studied,and the purpose and method of different tests are analyzed and summarized.2.Under the different head unit to carry out idling,variable speed,variable excitation and variable load test,the 28 fixed component vibration measuring sensor,6 rotating components vibration(swing)measurement sensor and the 7 pressure fluctuation measurement sensor vibration data obtained at various sites.The vibration data of each part are analyzed,the vibration characteristics of the unit are studied,and the safe operation area suitable for the unit operation is obtained.3.The influence of generator's the inclined vertical stator frame and inclined upper frame on the vibration(swing)of the unit is studied,and the characteristics of tail water pressure pulsation under different working conditions are analyzed.4.Based on the spectrum analysis of vibration data,the influence of mechanical,hydraulic and electromagnetic force on the vibration of various components of the unit is studied,and the main reasons causing excessive vibration of the unit are analyzed and found out.
