Studying Of The Design And Implementation Of Energy Saving And Integrated For Building Automation System Based On Field Control System

With the rapid development of information technology, the functionality requirement to various kinds of buildings is much higher than before. At present, the Building Automation System — BAS, which consists of automation technology, telecommunication technology and computer networks technology, is widely used.FCS is a system that is applied in the field of production to realize serially bi-directional multicast digital communication, also called open, digitized and multicast communication bottom layer control network, at the same time, FCS is also the main direction of BAS developing and applying in the future.This paper is based on the BAS project of DELL of XiaMen Corporation. This paper includes: the basic concepts and development trend of Building Automation System, its proplems, the requirement of the BAS, the buildup of the monitor system of air conditioner and its principle. This paper discusses the control method of the monitor system of air conditioner. Based on discussing the problem of Energy saving of air conditioner, a new method of AC motor modulation is produced: through widening dead-time in the voltage PWM inverter to realize improving the dead-time's influence. With widened dead-time, improve the precision for the current measuring. When introduced most of the fieldbuses, Lonworks Fieldbus and the Neuron applying in Lonworks Fieldbus are introduced detailly. Through introducing the measures ofgetting rid of the signal influence to RS-485,this paper detailed how to integrate the air conditioner system, lighting system and the third protocol devices to EXCEL 5000EBI system. Finally, paper presents suggestions on the continual development of the BAS .
