| KNX Fieldbus Control Protocol is the fourth generation control system technology. As the only international standard used in family and housing building automation, it has a wide application in information sharing of building equipments, energy management, improving the control ability of housing environment and heightening the estate management level. On the basis of complete comprehension of KNX Fieldbus Control Protocol, the building automation product research and development based on KNX Protocol was conducted in this paper. The main work is as follows:1. Summarily introduced the concept of the building automation and its development based on Fieldbus. Compared and analyzed the typical building automation Fieldbus standard in domestic and international scales. As the only international standard in building automation application, the technical characteristics, applications and working modes of KNX protocol were narrated.2. Briefly introduced the physical, data-link, net, transport and application layers of KNX Fieldbus Control protocol, including its definition, connotation, criterion and service primitive, as well as the architecture and frame-head definition in each layer.3. On the basis of complete comprehension about the KNX Fieldbus Control Protocol, accomplished a product developing flow of building automation, including the scheme, software and hardware design methods, model testing flow and corresponding software tool.4. Designed and developed a lighting dimming product and a gateway for KNX and Ethernet. The lighting dimming product is useful for building system integration and lighting control. The later one syncretized KNX and Ethernet. KNX network uses Ethernet to transport data. In this way, it is easy to integrate the building automatic controlling network and information network. It made a foundation to explore the developing and application of KNX products.Building automation can improve people's living quality, so it has a bright future. In this paper, on the basis of deep study on the KNX technology, we absorbed the advanced technology abroad and developed our own products with self-determination property right. It made us competitive in the commercial and technological world.. |
