Safety Assessment Of Landscape In The Urban Public Space

The economy of our country has developed very quickly since the open policy of China. The living standard has been improved continually. The quantity and scale of cities are enlarging. People become putting emphasis upon the quality of Urban public Space . The landscape design of public space also becomes the most important face project. The main task of landscape environment design is to combine the buildings and their environment with people and their feelings inside the buildings, and create comfortable, safe, convenient and grace special environment according to people's mental and behavior character . In fact people put too much emphasis on the external style and effect so that the security of landscape environment is ignored. In this article, we aim to create a safety landscape environment in substance. So we combine safety engineering theory with the design of public space landscape environment design, then evaluate the safety of public space landscape environment. After that, we study and analyze some projects to find the safety hidden trouble of landscape environment and the unreasonable factors in design to promote the perfect develop of environment landscape design.The safe evaluation of city public space landscape environment needs the support of safety engineering theory. Therefore, in the part of theory research, we first give the related concepts and contents of safety evaluation. Then we introduce the composing elements and character of city public space as the evaluable system. Thirdly, we carve up the city public space in units and analyze the design elements. After that we analyze the subsystem of city public space according to the safety evaluation theory, find the potential danger in environment and choose a scientific and reasonable evaluating method . Finally we introduce such methods as PHA, FTA, SCL, FBF to landscape design to make the system frame of the safety evaluation on landscape environment.At the authentic proof research part, we first give some application examples of using PHA and FBF methods in evaluating on the city public landscape environment.Some delegate units are analyzed to find all the potential dangers of city public landscape environment system and instruct the environmental design. Secondly, we choose the Dayanta Plaza of Xi'an as the evaluation object. By way of the evaluation analysis of FTA and SCL methods, we make an overall safety evaluation of the landscape environment ,guide the management in taking corresponding measures and make the environment system optimum operating state that to be up to more stable. The potential dangers existing in the design stage can be found out from the analysis result. Thus we can absorb experience and give effective guide in the designs working of the later environment landscape design in order to achieve the most optimization scheme.
