Nowadays, the research level about human being 's nerve system has been the cells molecular level. But there are still some hindrances, holding up the research progress. The reason of that always should be the hardness of data acquisition, and the absent of a effective high speed data acquisition system.Meantime, the cell-based biosensors with MEA and FET to measure cells' electric signal have been improved greatly. So if we can develop a data acquisition with multi-channel cell-based biochip biosensor interface, we will clear the research hindrances mentioned above. This thesis with such a background, following the modern electronics' theory, expatiates the method to design a multi-channel cell-based biochip biosensor interface and its signal acquisition System. This kind of data acquisition can acquaint the cells' signal data, which are cultivated on the cell biochips, and it can run 64 channels synchronously with 4 stimulative signal output channels. The cell's electric signal is a kind of very low analog signal, whose value range of amplitude is from μV to mV, and its frequency is lower than 1k. According to these special characteristics, our multi-channel cell-based biochip biosensor interface and its signal acquisition system should own the ability to transfer data in a high speed, memory data in real time and show data with no losing.The development of a signal acquisition software system , based on NI Measurement Studio and Visual Studio 6.0, is another emphase of this thesis.
