periodical intake and discharge of piston in piston compressor lead to air-current pulsation in the pipeline. Air-cunent pulsation, which gives rise to the piping vibration, not. only makes control instruments and air-valves destroyed, capacity effectiveness of compressor decreased, but also is a great threat to safe production. Strong piping vibration has brought serious harms: leakage and explosion. So the study to the vibration control of the pipeline of piston compressor have momentous theoretical significance and current significance.On the basis of the plane wave theory, the calculate equation of the air-current natural frequency and pressure pulsation in the simple pipeline is obtained, the calculating of the air-current natural frequency and pressure pulsation in the complicated pipeline is used respectively the transfer matrix method and the stiffness matrix method. And the MATLAB software is applied to build the compute calculating program. The program result showed the situation of pressure pulsation in pipeline by graph, making the design of pipeline of compressor very convenient.Natural frequency and dynamical respond of the pipeline structure are also analysed and calculated. Finite element method is used to build up element stiffness matrix and element mass matrix. After the combined total stiffness matrix and the total mass matrix are obtained.Subspace and Modal Analysis are applied to solve the dynamical equation, the dynamical finite element equation is built up, some dynamical parameters such as natural frequency, modal shape and displacements are easily acquired.At last, some vibration control methods are given. Such as eliminating air-current pulsation in the design of main engine, setting up buffer, setting up acoustic filters , avoiding the air-current and piping vibration etc., These methods, not only in the times of designing pipeline, but also when the compressor cannotbeen adjusted greatly but working unsafely, are of momentous guiding significance.
